Chappell and BCCI have decided to part ways after world cup ! BCCI should have taken this step far more earlier. Sir Greg Chappell has done nothing good but instead has ruined the changes of winning the WORLD CUP 2007 by making INDIAN Team weak. This is only to make it easier for the Austrilian Team to go ahead and win it For Indian Team was the only team who could have shattered the dreams of them .
Suggesstions : 1) Bring back JOHN WRIGHT as our coach IMMEDIATELY 2) Kumble and Saurav Ganguly in the team . 3) Ask Kapil Dev to make a crash course to our bowlers 4) SImply concerntrate on World Cup 2007

Fantastic idea. Please give a return ticket to Mr. Chappel to see the Reformed Team under Same Old Leader ( Mr. Saurav Ganguly ) who has got the fire and appetite for win. He engulfed humility from many friends , selecters who never know ABC of cricket. Now get back Ganguly and let him show his reply in bringing World Cup. This great job can be achieved by Motivator like Kapil who knows the art and love for those players . Do not delay and sit with Ganguly and return his position to save India from collosal disaster. It is sure, Ganguly as a leader know how to give his reply and stop the persons who have only interest in money. They forgot the national interest and prestige . Patience pays. Still time is there. Hurry up.
Chappell's strategy failed to deliver. We have much better experts in India. Why to learn yoga from a foreigner when we have Baba Ramdev in India. Let us have faith in our own strength.
I think it is not the right way on the part of Mr.Chappel, an ideal Coach is one who makes best out of existing resources. But unforunately Mr.Chappel expelled Ganguly and destroyed his carreer. If he is a great person (coach) he should have improved his relations and game of Mr.Ganguly instead of trowing mud on him. That's where he proved that he is not a great coach.
It is sad, that the Coach are Captain are blamed for defeats.... when players do not realise their responsibilities, and become casual, take their places for granted for long time...
Under Greg Chappel, much has been achieved, and just one loss is held agst him., now..
Under Chappel, During Ganguly's tenure, nothing much was achieved as Ganguly was included at some one's cost (mostly VVS. Laxman ),and under performing has become a habit., for captain and the team..
Now, a sense of achievement, responsibility etc coming in.., the National Team... the talk of parting of ways begins... it is sad.., BCCI Just goes on .. Lot of money, clout, but little of wisdom or planning..
New players should be given more chances. Payment should be done on basis of their performences to the old players. Chappel should be given an extension after the world cup.
What can Chappell do if Indian cricketers are not performing. Chappell can hardly go and score runs required to put up a competetive score. Nor can Chappell be expected to stop the free-flowing extras which Indian bowlers were bowling.
Why upto world up? Better he be removed at the earliest. He has brought down the confidence of our players by his trail and error methods. Instead of giving confidence his activities make players scared of him. They lost confidence.
It is a good news for indian cricket.Somehow his methods were not suiting the Indian Team.We may seriously look for our own senior cricketer for this job since he would know our cricket and its realities / peculiarities.
