Anyone who has been into politics should be banned from being part of the administrative set up of any Sports Associations/Federations. They really spoil the Game and bring around a bad, selfish attitude which then perculates down the system

What is their to pity?? Do we have adequate astroturfs or professional managers??
why indian goal was diallowed ? why penalty corner was allowed to S Africa afterv6 minutes? why diwakar was made to sit out side ? why no cards were shown to s. Africans twice... even though they had clear fouls.... certainly some thing fisy

Why was SHIVENDAR banned in the first place.... that too before the crucial clash between Aus. Read has to explain ....did that not bail our the Aussies

No future....................... Bad administration Spoiled NATIONAL GAME. Politicians spen money in making their own idols but doesnt have money to sponspor a player who REPRESENT A NATIONAL GAME or non money making games.All the administrative people make money on hardwork of players and they deosnt pay the minimum reward to the players.............how we expect the younger generation get motivation with this bad payment,no name or no fame .....................but its a national game .................

Sandeep Singh,Prabjoth Singh and Deepak Thakur are certainly to be put out of the team. I wonder coach Brasa fond captaincy potential in Prabjoth? Certain deserves for the commonwealth games are Gurbax, Shivendra, Chandi, Vikram Pillai, Arjun, sarwan and GKs. As Rick Charlesworth pointed out total infrastructure and the system of hockey in India is to be revamped. What the Indian players lack the most is ball control and trapping of ball. These seniors cannot be trained for that. Hence do it at subjunior level and junior level. And aim next junior world cup and not the commonwealth. With the present set of players we can aim only for the Asian level be it Asia cup or Asian Games. Start Hockey academies in each state and Astroturf to each district. Jai Indian Hockey!

Yes the indian hockey will have good future if we have astroturfs in each district. It's a simple logic. Dont know why anyone in the administration care about it
