I woud wait for the great contortions of the great Pele. Demeaning the greatest there ever was is the forte of this great gentleman and now they have bitten the dust. It does not matter wheter Gerany or Argentina wins. They have not gone overboard nor have they exhibited arrogance. Their statements are purely gamesmanship without a trace of condescension. For me it is Sain and Gerany that really deserves to be up there for their all round skills and team spirit. Others a re a far cry. Prefer Germany goes all the way. Its youthfulness laced with humility that should take centre stage.

manoj talukdar,
Pele was one of the greatest players ... and Maradona was one of the greatest but crooked players. Let their off field rivalry continue. Their bad vibes don't have any influence on the on field flop shows of their respective teams.

I'm a Brazil fan and was upset that Brazil lost in the World cup QF to Neth 2-1. But today I seen Ronald playing for Corinthians and the goals that he scored for the club. Yes he might be over weight but he is better that Fabiano. Ronald and Pato would make awesome pair. Good they lost.....Anyone who does not agree with me watch his goals that he scored on you tube and remember 1 thing that he has had 3 knee suregries
Arjen Robben is the main threat in dutch team. Yesyterday he is the key player for holland though Sneijder has scored. It is Robben and also Persie who were instrumental in many way for keeping the Brazilian strong defenders in check.
>> Melo let his team-mates down by intentionally stamping on Sneijder in the 73rd minute... Melo stamped Sneijder ?? Y dnt they review the stuffs before posting...it sucks.
That's all, they conceded own Goal in WC Finals after 34 Yrs created all the downfall and Kaka rubbed the Salt in the injury by trying to be a Hero, look at the 2nd Photo, thr is no smile in his face after his teammate scored a Goal
I think Brazil truly deserve this. Next on firing line is Argentina. All these big names like Brazil and Argentia have become too arogant and their players do not treat other team players with respect. They treat other players with disgust and think that their previous superstar status will save them all the time. Time for Germany to pack Argentina back home.
I think Brazil deseved this exit, if not for anything but the way they played the game. They proved that they produce their magic only when they are on the top. If the opposition get a nose in, they are highly susecptible. It was the most stupid of Melo to come in way of his goalkeeper, in what should have been a simple save. It really surprised everyone what he was actually trying to do. Later his deliberate stamping of his opponent, knowing fully well that he would be red-carded for such an act. So it was suicidal on their part. And all they did was to indulge in long passes and hand over the ball to the Dutch. The greateness of a player lies in creating chances and scoring off from difficult angles and opportunities. Even Kaka had a fairly good chance but hit straight to the keeper. I feel this is what differentiates great players from good ones. I dont think many have hit goals like the ones Mardona has. So on that account Brazil were found wanting. The beauty of football lies in its magical moments, and one should say Brazil simply did not have the kind of players who could produce it at this level. Most of the so called stars in this tournament have badly flopped.
Brazil mistook Robben as Zidane....Zidane has been Brazil's nightmare in the previous 2 world cups...Brazilians mistake any bald player in their opposition as Zidane...So BALD Robben was there to haunt them this time...he he he he. Arrogant and short-tempered minus south american skill and fear of BALD took heavy toll. Brazil should cultivate naturally bald players in their own country.
