its better to strike and get your things done..pl do not go back until u get everything pending..if it is in cricket..what will be the position now.....

well said sowparnika. The team should not go back unless they are sttled their dues in full.Like u mentioned if this was happening in the game of cricket they would have solved the problems overnight.

then its credit goes to criket board the officials there know value of players but this is not the same in all the sports governing body...........
