One day one hears that India's Olympic Stars Abhinav Bindra and Vijay Vikram Rathod have been sidelined for the Commonwealth Games and now this new of hockey players. It only shows the shabby state of affairs of Indian Sports. I think one should look at how many times the sport administrators have been given late payments or mistreated the way they mistreat the playsrs. We need to treat our players better and with more respect. No wonder that none of the parents want their children to become sportpersons except may be male cricketers. It is a national shame.
