Being a Pakistani, I will pray for Indian team’s victory in next year’s world cup to be held in Dehli. Indian companies need to step in and start supporting their hockey players financially so that they could keep on concentrating on the job without having stomach tension. They should have their hands on next year’s World Cup.....robotic Europeans can be beaten quietly easily provided Indian crowd come in large number backing their team. Don’t know but my gut feeling says that taking away World Cup from this Indian team, which is a bunch of magicians, gonna be a hell of job for Aussies and Europeans. Wish them best of luck ! Please bring the World Cup back to the sub-continent!

Thanks for your pray. Let hope Pakistan also joins and both the countries rock the WC series. all the best.
Well done boys. Its good to see India winning the hockey game as it is our national game too.But shame on rediffmail and other organisations by not delivering the news in front page. Even you rediff you had also proved that you are good for nothing. if it was IPL or some other cricket matches which India had loose you would show in front banner.Congrats to Rediff keep it up.

shame on REDIFF for not displaying the AZLAN SHAH CUP win by india in HEADLINES. just portraying cricket only which has no significance in olympics makes no sense for rediff
While we had won the game and we could not even see a hedlines in the sports column. Even rediff dint have a courtesy to display the title win in their heading column under sports. Where would our central and state govt do it. You could see them displaying IPL warm up match loss details there not our national hockey winning news. Shame on all of us.
Well done. Wish u a continous growth and success in our National Game.
Let central and state govt give some bonus to the team to promote hockey.
Had Cricket team done something good like this, crores of ruppees would hv been announced as bonus to them. Though there is hardly any competition in Cricket as very few people in the world know about it.
