Especially in sports India have only cricket mania, no other sports, because BCCI is the largest capital sports association in the world, Why we are sending double officials than the athlets to olympics. First we reduce the officials and encourage our sports person and give the government alloted money to their own pocket not to any association or officials, all they ae currupted enough to sank the allotment

look at the score.anjali has scored 393 and winner emmons has a score of 400.it is really tough.don't blame.but she should have avoided her advt shoot and practised for the real shoot.
Maybe BJP should come out with a 'Medal for cash" scandal and Congress should try for some abstentions .Or better still crossing over of some US ? Chinese medal winning athletes. If this cant be done, let the political parties demand that olympics be banned! Hats off to our shooters who are out of the events even before they got out of the jet lag!

Hi Australian Desi, I guess you are an Indian settled in Aus. Whilst you can be loyal to that Country, cant u/stand why you guys prefer to write only bad about your home land.
Regarding IPL, it is fact that some Australian players did a great job, but domination of Indian money power atleast in the game of Cricket cannot be overlooked. Even Aus players could not believe that they are worth for that much of money when they got the offer from IPL Sponsors and they cannot even dream of such big money in Australia.
Australia is a big Country with less population and they have surplus resources, whereas the adverse factor for India is the over population . But still the Country is thriving in many areas, even though it also lacking in many. But this over population factor for India is advantageous for many other countries including Middle East, US, Europe and Australia where Indians contribute substantially for development of all these Countries. India is the only Country in the world which can provide such highly qualified and effient man power for the entire world and without them those countries should definitely have been struggling. Also to be highly appreciated, the generosity of these Countries to accept Indian Citizens and giving them the oppotunities, love and care.

please do not abuse when our people fail.Every society gets what it deserves.The athlets and sports personnle are also the part of our society of you, me and all Indians.It is sad that failure has no owners.The Indian society as a whole has to own the failures.You and me are also part of that.Try to change the society by becoming oneself a better person first. I hope you all have file your income tax returns truth fully with out omitting/hiding any income,pay service taxes correctly, purchased your house by paying the registration tax showing complete amount of transactions,purchasing all items with bills so thatb taxes go to the exchequer fully?

My only suggestion is that take all the money with BCCI and CCI and make one centre where u can give training to the atheletic from villegs who dont understand english. Keep them away from media. Dont allow them to appear in advertisement and see the results. I am sure India will get Medal in olymipcs. And yes dont go for watching circket, all dont buy their tickets, lets sharad pawar, preeti zinta and muketsh ambanis to watch cricket on empty gorund alongwith SRK. Preeti Zinta is not getting enough works in film hence her company is Yuraj and she is hugging every cricekter for money.
