by suryam t on Nov 15, 2018 08:06 PM  | Hide replies

defense should be spared from RTI,legal, courts, and all politics.
whatever we do for defense is less.
hope the CJI has some strength to through the PIL and pass an order not to fiddle in defense matters.

Sorry.Friend ,please note that we are all of the same stock. Our blood is corrupted.Mine is; because I am protesting here but am dreading to face the goons outside my house.Maximum corruption takes place in defence deals. Please educate yourself.Today we have trust in NO ONE.The Loya story will blow on some faces; it will be too late to say sorry then.Do not follow politicians blindly.Please.

One rupee extra in the deal also cost to India. In case of any person found involvement in this deal must be hanged till death or deported to Pakishthan as a sample of punishment.

and those also should be hanged who are tryin to collude with enemy interest of the nation by going to court and forcing government to give secret details which CONGRESS also did not gave that time.
Idiots in politics and lawyers are many who can sell country in name of freedom of information.
The credentials of petitioners are not unknown to country and intentions are shouting loud enough for even deaf to listen.

IF PETITION IS QUASHED THEN PETITIONER MUST BE PUNISHED HEAVILY FOR PLAYING POLITICS ON NATIONAL ISSUES.

Sorry friend; you are living in a fools paradise.Do you think that no one knows about these details? Are they any different than you and me? Every one has a price, including the Presidents, PMs,Judges and name it.If you do not believe in the Supreme Court judges, few excepted; then who do we trust.Political parties corrupt the judiciary. We had a case of voice of impeachment raised against the then CJI?Whose mole was he thought to be? Please do not get carried away by Hindu Rashtra.I am a
Brahmin, an ex -soldier.They are playing to our emotions. No abuse may be enough for the politicians of today.

An average Indian is living in a Fool's Paradise. He is being mis-led by the politician. Whether it is Garibi Hatao or Acche Din, both are two sides of the same coin. Even the judiciary has become a part in this sloganeering.
The way out is still not defined. Where do we go from here? A rebellion? Or another fight for liberation from these politicians?

Courting trouble on the Rafale
by ayesha desai on Nov 15, 2018 07:06 PM  | Hide replies

Our all powerful CJI and his cronies who are trying to control our defense forces and defense ministry, should understand that there is democracy in India because our military struggles for it and current defense ministry is fully supporting our military. We don't want repeat of Nehru Menon combination.

with platitudes on security, secrecy, military readiness, enemies power, etc, and all the while remaining silent about the chief question - the very obvious shadiness of the 2015 Rafale deal, the writer hopes to make readers forget about the latter !

Valiant indeed !

Politically rejected persons questioning the Rafale deal
by subramanyam devarakonda on Nov 15, 2018 05:54 PM  | Hide replies

We should analyze some facts before coming to any conclusion;
1. Rafale deal is questioned by members who are Politically failed/rejected/forced to retire from political life (Ofcourse they are our beloved Pappu, Prashant Bhushan is shown door by Mr.Kejriwal, Forced to retire Yashwant Sinha. Other than this three nobody is bothered about Rafale deal.
2. Historically Ambanis know how to do business and cash any business opportunity. Hence is there is nothing to wonder in present case too.
3. The Ambanis do involved in large business deals during congress regime too.
4. Narendra Modi is first among the most honest politicians currently available in India. He don't have personal gains from any deal.
5. All efforts are made to make Rafale deal a LokSabha elelctions issue (like Bofor's).
6. There was ample evidence in Bofor's case that Sonia Gandhi had a connection with Qutrochi and easily escaped from India.
Hence, there is no need to waste our time in following Rafale case. Supreme Court of India is competent enough to deal the case.

Rafele deal
by Prakash Bedekar on Nov 15, 2018 05:23 PM  | Hide replies

Col. (Retd) Athalye seems to have forgotten that basic objection about the Rafele deal is not about its technical capabilities but about the way the original deal of 126 aircrafts was cancelled and in the name of urgency deal was made for ready to fly 36 aircrafts. Even the fastest delievery is to start by April 2019. When Modi dovt came to power in 2014 was it not aware about urgent requirement on minimum 36 aircrafts? If so why such action was not initiated? In the UPA deal transfer of technology and manufacture of 108 aircrafts was plus point hoever now to favour few friends in need Modiji has completely changed the deal. Is he not playing with thr air security of the nation for the sake of helping somebody. Col Athalye seem to have completely missed this important point. What sort of Defence Analyst is he?

Educate yourself first.THERE WAS NO DEAL ONLY NEGOTIATION.THEN DEFENCE MINISTER IS ON PUBLIC RECORD SAYING WE HAVE NO MONEY FOR PURCHASE.
WHILE QUESTIONING THE DELIVERY CONGRESS DEPRIVED INDIA FROM 2004 ONWARDS AS DEMAND WAS RAISED THEN.
Probably your hatred has blocked your mind .Please for nation sake open it and use it.WRITING ON THE WALL IS VERY CLEAR.

BTW...who cares about this col Saab?No one...being a senior defence officer his logics are not only childish...also laughable. As India procured S 400 missile system so no need to increase number of aircraft.!!!!! According to his logic if India buys another 4-5 battery of S 400 system, then no need to buy these costly flying machine( calculation please).

pappu lovers don't care for security of the nation INDIA. His fore father dodged nataji, instead of massive mandate in favor of netaji subash chandra bose. Majbur characterless gandhi out of ego side lined netaji and nehru intentionally tried to ignore in history of india to document and keep record of his charismatic fight against british. So pappu and his lovers either short of brain or eating foreign money to ruin india.
