The whole discussion is SC should not have get into this deal. Rather they could have asked CAG and CBI to do a parallel review and submit 1st hand report. If SC starts delivering judgement into every executive decisions, then in case of a war, will these guys come and fight along with defence personnel? will public ask accountability from SC or govt in that case. The article precisely explains why revealing one bit abt price details can provide enough handle to our adversaries to estimate the kind of weaponisation that Rafale would carry. Then they can start building counter measures accordingly. The strongest element in winning a war is the element of surprise & by delving into the price, you are taking away the surprise element completely.
