I won't mind putting Jinnah's portrait in a historical museum along side article and information about his deeds and misdeeds during the freedom struggle and subsequent partition of India. However I fail to understand how come a leading educational institute displays his portrait in their college campus as if he is some idol to be followed by students. This is highly objectionable. The management should have transferred it to some museum displaying history of India long back.
Why that photo should be there in AMU? THis has nothing to do with any political motives ata ll that the objection is raised by many. The person who did so much damage to our country in separating INDIA INTO INDIA-PAKISTAN AND WE STEEL REAP THE SOUR FRUITS OF IT EVEN AFTER 70 yrs . losing precious lives of thousands of solders,, innocent civilian , children. and still people say the politicians have objection. What right the STUDETN UNIONS HAVE TO MAKE ANY BODY A LIFE MEMBER EVEN AFTER KNOWING THE HISTORY. Shame.

what do you want ? want jinnah type mentality be alive and going on ? what the role of jinnah in freedom that golden memory for Pakistan but for us it is a bad memory that is why we are a secular country . do not blame bjp if bjp oppose it then good and every Indian must be opposed it and those who are blaming bjp for particular that case and excusing history they are doing dirty politics .
Why media is jumping like a monkey on this silly issue. AMU needs to remove the portrait of a traitor and that is very sensible ask. Just remove it. That's it.

Instead of asking why media is jumping like money you should ask AMU management why they made all the Indians look like monkeys by displaying such portrait in their campus ?
