SC REVOLT
by tejindar singh on Jan 14, 2018 11:51 AM

Seems judiciary has scored a self goal. Four sr judges smelt bias (not clear?) in allotment of work to judges, does it have political considerations, etc. MUST BE SOLVED IN HOUSE. Judiciary will never be able to sit on high pedestal in future...tragic to say the least. Democracy is really in danger...worse than 1975!

And let the system suffer as it is ! You and the likes may surrender, but why others ? Let the truth come out. Democracy ? Danger.

2G case-why it was declared only after Gujarat elections.maybe many more to come like this.there is no doubt that the central govt is behind this.
also Lalu,5000cr scam of andhra bank, why no one highlights.
for sure democracy is at stake.irrespective of religion.4 judges have the right to protest.as they could not see the president, because,he is appointed by centre.i dont think they will get proper reply.thats why they went into media.?

Conduct of the four rebel Supreme Court judges.

The conduct of the four rebel judges of the country apex court is absolutely appalling. Their trade union behavior has been so childish and churlish. What were they thinking ? They have lost all moral right to sit in judgement. Now the patchwork attempts at peace is so pathetic and reeks of pretense and hypocrisy. What a sham and what a shame !

Chief Justice Dipak Misra
by piri on Jan 14, 2018 10:26 AM

is miffed sore that the 4 judges let the cat out of the bag on him so unexpectedly !

He had obviously banked heavily on the fact that such an incident had never happened before in the history of the court ! The man was apparently very certain that he could just continue violating the laid down MOP and allocate cases to judges and benches of his choice without having to bother about the MOP !

He is so dumbstruck that he has been avoiding the press and has not even had a statement to make in his defence !

And behind him, komaaaaaali Modi and gas Shah are left even more dumbstruck and shell shocked !

The komaaaaaali party has an immense deal to gain among stuxpid north Indian voters if it gets made to order judgements in the Justice Loya case, the Aadhar case, the Ayodhya case, etc,. And the komaaaali and Gas Shah had found that they have got the *right* man in place in the chair of the chief justice of the top court to get such judgements !

The komaaaaali and Gas have always been sure about the depth of stuxpidity of common north Indian voters. But......they now perhaps fear that even such stuxpid voters might begin to wonder about how gigantically corrupt the country has become !
