it appears he too have side

by attacking CJ, he could not hide dislike for CJ and love for opposition. He spoke as a spokesman of the 4 judges and justified their washing of linen in public.
Where as some judges have already sorted the matter among the four.

at another place he opposed Mr.Misra's bench (another judge)for filing case , and told that he has close relations with BJP.
It means he knows which judges are close to Congress.

why you want a judge of your preference
by sushil Giri on Jan 14, 2018 06:31 PM  | Hide replies

Does this not mean you, Dave, also wanted to have your case judged by a few judge of your choice? that too why this four judges?
D Raja meeting the ring leader also suggests the judge concerend has a political connection and wanted to have select cases in order to deliver a biased judgmentment. CJI may be knowing these things and hence is not giving such cases to biased judges.

What is the accountability of judiciary. One court gives punishment another court over rules that again higher court upheld the punishment in the mean time person amaze wealth and die he is given state funeral. Now who is correct. Poor man is confused. Judge is promoted and get his all benefits. Poor man at cross roads and still keep faith and hope on Indian judicial system.

Wake-up Call by Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave
by Sanjay Barot on Jan 14, 2018 01:22 PM

This was most clairvoyant from the learned advocate.
His wake-up call could not be ignored by SC judges and it is reassuring to find that the beginning is made to restore the glory of the apex court.

Chief Justice Dipak Misra

is miffed sore that the 4 judges let the cat out of the bag on him so unexpectedly !

He had obviously banked heavily on the fact that such an incident had never happened before in the history of the court ! The man was apparently very certain that he could just continue violating the laid down MOP and allocate cases to judges and benches of his choice without having to bother about the MOP !

He is so dumbstruck that he has been avoiding the press and has not even had a statement to make in his defence !

And behind him, komaaaaaali Modi and gas Shah are left even more dumbstruck and shell shocked !

The komaaaaaali party has an immense deal to gain among stuxpid north Indian voters if it gets made to order judgements in the Justice Loya case, the Aadhar case, the Ayodhya case, etc,. And the komaaaali and Gas Shah had found that they have got the *right* man in place in the chair of the chief justice of the top court to get such judgements !

The komaaaaali and Gas have always been sure about the depth of stuxpidity of common north Indian voters. But......they now perhaps fear that even such stuxpid voters might begin to wonder how monstrously corrupt the country, its polity and its government have become !
