Dave is talking thru his hat. If the speaker rejects the motion , which court will entertain an appeal , when the target is the judiciary itself ? There must be some some sense of realism in what he says.

Dave's logic is very twisted.The Opposition parties which have agreed to sign a notice for Impeachment do not comprise the complete opposition. So he's simply deceiving everyone if he says that over 60% of voters are behind this motion.
