I don't know why author is showing so much sympathy to criminals. If his sister would have got same treatment will he show same sympathy to criminal? It is easy discuss about others. Why to keep these morons alive on tax payers money? Let them die, they are not contributing anything good to society. Think from victim's perspective. Victim needs justice.

as said in my post earlier, both Rediff and Aakar patel run their 'shops' on shedding croc tears for rape and murder vistims but when the govt enacts strict laws with fast track courts, these people fear their 'business' will be over so that they make stupid comments 'will strict punishment stop such crimes'. These questions are raised even before the law is enacted. They know very wellcrime will be reduced drastially if their are strict punishment in short time.

yes this is also true. undue advantage could be taken from the other side. all the false rape accusers should also be hanged till death.
when a man pounces on the body of his wife or gf and says prove your love, what kind of a proof is it? is it not a rape? when a woman is pushed into surrogacy for her life condition, is it not rape? why cant we learn to adopt children already born?
when a women starts looking down on other women because she thinks she superior for taking up a funny experiment on her own life, is it not pushing other women into rape? both men and women are responsible for a rapist society.

We in India, in many cases of rape where the rapists were given death sentence, the convicts are enjoying life (Nirbhaya in Delhi, Kamduni near Kolkata) inside(?) jail.
