Will strict punishments for traffic violations stop violations and the accidents they cause? Will strict punishments for thefts stop thefts? If the answer is No, why don't we remove the laws and reduce the huge amounts spend in enforcing such laws. Like to ask the fool,how come there are almost no such rapes in Saudi,Dubai and the Muslim countries where the punishment for such crimes is arrest and beheading. Or in China where they will shoot you down. Why this bhondugiri India only?
