Hang rapist
by sumit sahay on Jul 09, 2018 02:55 PM

There is no second thought that rapists should be hanged. Unfortunately our judiciary system takes a long time. These need to be quick and done within a month to have an impact

You meant not to hang or what ? It will definitely reduce
by sunil jawale on Jul 01, 2018 01:24 PM

Hanging will definitely reduce the quantum of rapes. The question seems that whether we should hang or not ? are you supporting rapist or what ? if punishment is given it does not means any thing will not happen again. full population is there there may be cases but will get reduce due to fear.

by Rahul chakraborty on May 05, 2018 03:35 PM  | Hide replies

Why all the time we see all the sympathies of the so called protectors of the human rights are with the perpetrators of the ghastly crimes and not with the victims of the crimes, I want to know by not hanging the rapists the crime will not happen in near future ?

Hanging is a harsh punishment and practically no hanging takes place due to our efficient judicial system. Why is nobody demanding surgical castration where the perpetrator is treated for his uncontrollable sexual urge and his right to live is also not compromised.

U r right. Death penalty to be given when the crime has been committed which has resulted in death of the victim. Otherwise, his right to live will be compromised. Justice will not be served. The law has to apply for females also.

Bahujan Ajad Party !
by Kalyan Mitra on Apr 23, 2018 08:46 AM

Good news for Indian politics. Out of the IITs scattered throughout the country, 50 former colleagues left the job with the decision to come to politics. They have created their own political parties, now waiting for the Election Commission's seal.
The new name of this party is Bahujan Azad Party. These IIT ex-tellers say they will fight mainly for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes. The plan to open this political party has basically made Nabin Kumar a former alumnus of IIT Delhi. Nabin said that as well as seeking the recognition of their party to the Election Commission, they are trying to understand the situation in the field.

By abolishing capital punishment will there be any guarantee,

"THAT RAPE INCIDENTS WILL BECOME LESS ??"

So capital punishment is a must.
