If any judicial authority tries to play partisan then people's trust in Judiciary will be lost. Justice Gogoi is no exception. Secondly no one can dictate who should be the next CJI ,it should be decided on the basis on rules and regulations laid down by the constitution of our country. The writer is already pre-judging and this clearly shows he is anti-BJP.
When there was cingress or UPA government in the centre, no rule was written.by judge. Wheter it is fir appointment if law officers in state or centre or for that purpose any other matters related to executive. His total breed up had been in congress mentality dominated family, he was one of the 4 judges, who have come before press. Such judges are dangerous for our secular democratic set up.

He should not be appointed as Chief Justice of India as he does not desrev. He lost the chance the day he became the member of a UNION having flag of Communist & congress. He belongs to a political party & does not belong to judicial fraternity. Kick him out as soon as possible.
