Biased/Political lenient people - to be denied
by ramesh vasudevan on Apr 10, 2018 10:05 AM

If a person is hiving political connection, he should be denied to hold the position ,highest constitutional position of our country, without any doubt of even 1% and next person is to be selected in the row.

Campaign through Media
by Raj Gopal on Apr 10, 2018 09:44 AM  | Hide replies

This article is nothing but campaign in the media by telling half truths. The writer is very silent on Justice Gogoi's political leanings. He is son former Congressman and CM Keshab Chandra Gogoi and his recent outburst in the media against the present government is an indication about his leanings towards a political party.

No question on Justice Gogoi’s competence, let us verify
by Gautam Kar on Apr 09, 2018 08:26 PM  | Hide replies

Rediff writer Mr. Antony thinks there is No question on Justice Gogoi’s competence, let us verify.

11.01.2018: CJI announces reopening of 1984 anti Sardarjee gen0cide cases,
12.01.2018: Justice Gogoi and judge Justi Chelameswar 2 more, suddenly felt democracy is in danger (which they did not feel when gen0cide happened on Sardarjee and their cases were closed without investigation) and distribute pamphlet against CJI ...

Symbol of great competence??? Pro Congressism ? Trying to save them from Sardarjee gen0cide crimes ?

The great Rediff given him the certificate, Hahahaha, although he spoke against CJI but never publicly spoke to support have decision of reopening Sardarjee gen0cide cases.

That is the problem of today's Indian media, they can see what their masters want them to see, they can think only what their masters want them to see and the Perfect example of swinging tails when their masters want, they can sell their intellect and honesty at ease ... perfect example of "Press-ti-tution

Rediff to explain.

The system of judges shuld be changed. Right now I know you , you know me senior lawyers of the HC are elevated to the HCs and the same principal is applied when elevating t the SC. So a District Judge never never becomes even a HC judge forget going to the Sc.The judges should be elevated from the lower courts only and the system of elevating "vakils'to become judges should be stopped to bring some order in the system.
