That Judge,who does not himself observe judicial ethics,how is he expected impartial justice? Addl. Commissioner of Police was admonished to go before press when the matter was sub-judice. Were Qurtet of Supreme Court judges,supported by CPI,super human beings or above law? Were they more equal? Same class needs to surpass and precede firefighters,ambulances on the nationalHighways

1) they have NOT bothered in speeding up delivery of justice to common man. 2) They have no guts and time to pullup lawyers for delay. 3) they come at 11 am and break off at 2pm. 4( they want RED beacon on their car to go home!!! 4) They gang up like trade union for political cases!! 5) They cat set in rules to ensure similar perceptions at all levels of judiciary. 6) They cant fix time lies for each type of case ad persuade judges to stick to it to clear cases. 6) They cant penalise judges for cases wherein the higher judiciary has overturned the verdict. 7) They want BIG cases, political cases, influential cases, so on. Not bothered about Judiciatial IN-EFFICIECY.
They are bothered about their ...... becons, red-lights, previledges to take on bigger cases, so on.

In addition they are most conscious about their package, privileges and perks. Yesterday two judges of Chennai HC passed an order "it is disheartening to note that vehicles of VIP's and Judges are stopped at toll plazas..Serious note should be taken throughout the country to provide seperate lanes at toll plazas.." Who will bear the growing burden on people for facilitating them?

AS IF THEY RE GODS, THEY NEED TO STAND IN LINE AND WORK ANY OTHERS DO..NOT LIKE PAID VACATION OF THREE MONTHS IN A YEAR..WHAT KIND OF NON SENSE THESE JUDES RE WHO HAVE BEEN CREATED BY 65 YRS OF KANGRESS RULE TO SUPPORT KANGRESS IN ALL THE RULINGS. LOOK AT THE HEARING IN THE MIDNIGHT OF KARNATAKA SITUATION WHREAS COL PUROHIT HAS TO WAIT FOR 15 YRS TO GET JUSTICE, HAS BEEN ASKED TO RESUBMIT THE PLEA !!!
Why this Anthony and rediff working as an Agent for Gogoi. It is completely Government of India's prerogative to chose the next CJI. WHy these presstitutes are involved in such matters which is not in their domain.

If |Gogoi is the next likely CJI he should have waited and implemented what he is himself preaching the present CJI. Gogois father was allegedly Congress CM of Assam, that is how he seems to have reached this position.
Why should should judges go to press ? Unfortunate and sad? The only major and herculean improvement needed for or our present Justice System is that the courts should deliver justice as quickly as possible. Here the judge matters. It needs to be monitored by the executive very much seriously and with an iron hand even if it does not suit the judges . Litigants are suffering due to__________. Please fill in the blanks yourself. Their revolting is an open declaration that they are from Congress like the intellectuals wrote against Modi before 2014 elections and the award return bunch of people who got the award on the meharbani of Congress government.

Why should should judges go to press ? Unfortunate and sad?
