This is just a desperate effort of the corrupt, partisan mafia of COngressess including a sizable chunk of the current appointees in higher judiciary (remember the collegium came only from 1993, before that all the appointees including Go*goi were CON*gresseees....very partisan fellows). India and Indian media is so high in corruption mainly because of the partisan judiciary that keeps these corrupt fellows in SC and in power. Why are these fellows like chi*ddu and si*bal allowed to practise ?

Dipak Misra falsely declared himself to be a landless farmer and secured an allotment of 2 acres of free land when he was practicing as a high court lawyer in Orissa !
Years later, the Orissa govt cancelled the allocation when his actual background and profession was brought to its notice !
This is recorded in the proceedings of the Orissa high court where he had to face trial in a case filed by a Public prosecutor !
A thief will always remain a thief !
And Dipak Misra has demonstrated this yet again by breaking conventions at the level of forming Constitution benches and keeping out all senior judges who are not pliant from the benches for adjudicating in the most sensitive cases !
He, like his black money masters Modi and Shah, imagines that most Indians will remain stuxpid for long !

Why he should be promoted, is he fit to be in SC, is he impartial, how can he be, when belongs to fanatic congress family. All biased seed were sown by congress.

Left and Congress has destroyed the country. Both the parties prefer the status quo. They show they are different but there is no difference between these 2 political Parties.These parties have stooges in Judiciary because of long rule by Congress and Left in this country. Chellam must answer what was Daniel Raja of CPM doing at his home after the press conference 3 months before. So all this red flag of Judiciary will be in danger is smoke on screen. These guys wanted to get their own person to be CJI so the sensitive and Important cases shoukld go in favour of these parties or will be delayed as usual.

Now we know why the nation and its politics is so corrupt - because of people like this CPM Cheellum and Congee Go*goi...they keep giving bail to corrupt fellows, so a Laloo case drags on for 20 years..becuase of the corrupt judiciary. The current CJI has seen thru this sh*t in judiciary so he is being criticized by these corrupt hang of 4.
