Supreme Court is Right. The Judges have handeled lacks of cases of different types and have gained full maturity in dealing with the people. I fully agree in their decision in the case.
After seeing the extreme extent to which the known forces have gone in influencing the NIA, the Police, the media and BJP spokespersons, it was feared that Hadiya was exposed to danger to her very life. The long hearing date given by the SC was, therefore, seen as providing a lot of time for any such mischief, which was absolutely possible. It was a great relief to see that Hadiya could speak out her mind to the SC. One fails to see, however, that Hadiya has not got justice and she still remains vulnerable, because of the unusual and complex, unexpected orders.

MantuKumar and hisLover RuksanaKilled byPoison By GirlsParents..ThereWas NoSC There...
Parents are responsible and duty bound to have girl child, bring her up better than they do a boy, educate her well, provide for all her needs, give lots of money and love all the years but have no right over how she will plan her future! Is that parents have only duties without any rights? And should the Supreme Court interfere in a family matter of a parent with child? What if the girl is ditched tomorrow? Who will take care of her? More importantly, what will happen to her sisters and their marriages with a tarnished image for the family? Is pure selfishness so legal? And if there was a real love between the two, why was it required to convert? Very interestingly, we find only H girls marrying M men, not the reverse, M girls marrying H men and converting to H from M. Why is this so?
is the final barrier that stands in the way of the pack of jackals that is in power at the centre now.
The frustration arising from this was expressed openly just 2 days ago by the Union law minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad, who vented his ire by asking the Chief Justice of India why he cant trust the Prime Minister to appoint a judge !!!
The context is the rejection by the Supreme court of the recommendation of the Modi govt to switch from the Collegium system for appointment of judges to appointment by the proposed National Judicial Appointments Commission (in which the executive would have a crucial role). Switching to the NJAC would effectively have meant taking away the independence of the judiciary that the framers of the constitution had laid such great emphasis on.
This subtle attempt by the Modi govt to gain a say in the appointment of judges (and emulate the late Indira Gandhi) was defeated by the Supreme court.
In sheer frustration, the law minister ranted that the judiciary must surrender its freedom to the executive with the comic justification that the nation has trusted the PM with the nuclear button !

The history of our country as recorded by people who surely had not foreseen what foreign rulers will be ruling over it after hundreds of years and therefore could not have been biased, shows that it was always wrong to trust any one person/king/dictator because there are inherent and hidden faults, weaknesses and fanatical agendas which can be enforced upon the subjects. The decisions given by the hon`ble Supreme Court in Hadiya`s case would have been straight, simple and without a whiff of discontent or a feeling of some twist or conspicuous lack, if the PM had not, during the past nearly three and a half years, shown a pronounced and growing discrimination when it came to Muslims or minorities. Further, being a committed RSS pracharak could well have somehow contributed to the what the decision is and what it is not. The PM from a political party winning 31% voters and losing 69% cannot be said to be trusted with the nuclear button, although that power is vested in him under our Constitution. It can be a hopeful prayer that the hon`ble Supreme Court would give a decision that can be seen as just, fair and reasonable.

It should have happened to your daughter or sister then you would have realised what is the mistake.

There is just no mistake there and if only the coloured glasses are removed it can be seen that every person laving his daughter or sister would only be happy that she has found her joy in life. The entire Syria and love jihad canard is designed and executed by rabidly communal people in this country. They must evolve and reform in the in our national interests.

It is satisfying that all the attempts of brainwashing Hadiya and torturing her by her cruel father obviously for money have failed. The decision of RSS people to encourage Hindu youths to marry Muslim brides is a good thing, although the ultimate intent is less than honourable.
a tent on their women and that tent is left behind in their shack only to come out under unavoidable circumstances while the men go out and prey on women of other faith. This has been their modus operandi but the question is how come Gandhi and Nehru, (learned men with all the wisdom in the world ) could not see the predatorial nature of the muzzi in 1947?
