The fact that courts have become pro active shows that parliamentary democracy has collapsed in India. Not a good sign. Going to court must always remain the last option, not the first reaction.

Yes. I agree with you. Supreme Court and even lower courts have become secular like the Congress and Communists. They are very pro active when it comes to H converting to M but when it is a matter of talaq they are very reserved and do not want to hurt the sentiments.

its either sc's biased justice or sharia
by Nilayan Mukherjee on Nov 30, 2017 12:47 AM

even with supreme court, there are a lot of cases which have happened in reverse and have not got justice.one of my family friend married a peaceful secular guy, gavebirth to a son and was promptly thrown out of her husband's house because she was a convert and hence did not deserve respect.she succumbed to suicide and the family did not want to make it a legal battle because they know the bias of indian law.

This case was Habeas corpus petition and not a love affair one. Medias are making it as a love jihad case. She want freedom and even now the court not allowed freedom as per her wish. We have to drop our head about such a situation created in the country.

Let us not add to thier miseries.

By all means, this is not the first and only Hindu-Muslim marriage that has happened in that state. Most of them have stayed married and have had their kids married off too. Nobody went to court. Now if this case is really special as it is supposed to be, let the people who are investigating into it come to their conclusion. If there is was any ulterior motive involved it is important that it should be brought to light. If nothing is proved, they will live together happily after all these troubled times. Let us not add to their miseries.

Both are keralites. Keralites now deliver less than 2.5 children per woman (average), whether they are hyndus or muxlims !

In U.P, Bihar, M.P, Jharkhand, etc, both muxlims and hyndus deliver more than 4 children per woman !

Refer Census 2011 to verify these facts !

Yes. But they, like the chrittins and muxlims of Kerala, dont produce babies at the rate of 4 plus per woman like both hyndus and muxlims in north India do !

That is conjecture of the Sanghis.

What I wrote about hyndu and muxlim and chrittin women in Kerala having less than 2.5 children each on an average while hyndu as well as muxlim women in north India having more than 4 children each is a fact surveyed and recorded by the Census survey ! It is not mere conjecture or wishful thinking !

In other words, while people of all the 3 religions in Kerala embraced family planning in earnest decades ago, hyndus as well as muxlims in north India still very much are baby factories in almost equal measure !
