It is said of Philosopher that he is the one who searched for a black cat in a dark room where there is no cat.I feel this applies to economists to a large extent.How many times economists have been right in their diognosis or observations?
I THINK RUNNING DOWN ANY INSTITUTION WITHOUT FULL APPRECIATION IS A SAD EPISODE. Hope our leaders would exercise care and restraint in future and keep such comments a rare commodity.Jai Hind.
