It is like asking some one why despite being one of the oldest in business, this web portal is still a sh^t hole and others who started much later - Yahoo, Google etc are light years ahead of them.
The answer is 'quality of resources' is trash .
The question was asked with a predetermined conclusion that this web site is a sh%t hole.
Likewise, the interviewer cunningly driving the interviewee towards a conclusion which is not one in the first place.
The interviewer was asking the interviewee LOADED questions not even remotely related to agriculture or policy matters. Instead he was asking about elections and leading the interviewee to biased replies.
