(CONTD.)The Rly minister if he can’t even make his senior Operating and Maint. heads adhere to a coordinated systemic approach in day-to-day safe running of trains then how is going to introduce speedier trains, more so the next generation trains like Bullet Trains ?They are just going to be death traps for innocent people! And think of the level of tragedies should IR operate under such amateurish environment!
So many things are wrong with Railways,it will not be possible for one man to set it right in one life time? You can change the minister or the chairman but nothing will change till we change our attitude. We have the habit of, "doing the right thing the wrong way and wrong thing the right way".

No Kangi minister has ever resigned, unlike this government, where morality is of the highest order.
Kangis have run trains for 70 years on these tracks and as a result the tracks got worn out and the train wheels too got worn out, that is why all these accidents now.

Every aspect of investigation has to be made to find out the causes of accidents. Lapses as well as anti national activity should be in the purview of investigation by the Government agencies. Railways should fill up the vacancies arised out of retirement etc. from time to time.
