If Burhan Wani lived in India.......A

At the outset I wish to say that the plight and the pain of ALL Kashmiris(including Pandits and Muslims)is shared by all right thinking majority population in India. We all feel and sympathise with the people of Kashmir. Having said that let me also say that major portion of the blame for their plight has to be apportioned to the people of Kashmir itself. They are the ones who are mainly responsible for their plight. By clinging on to their stand on 'special status'and 'autonomy' for Kashmir they have chosen to be away from the mainstream India. They want to be a closed society neither open to mingling nor accepting Indians as part of them. All human relationships are developed on "reciprocity". How do kashmiris expect a normal relationship with the Indian society if they Zealously and most times violently try to maintain separate and exclusive religious identity as a region. If the Kashmiri children and youth used even a fraction of the force and resolve to "Oppose" the "separatists" rather than the Security forces and the Indian Army -their plight and problems would have vanished long ago.Their so called "Autonomy" for Kashmir would be rescinded by Pakistan & China even before they blink their eyes should India decide to give them their much desired"AZADI".Landlocked region with Pakistan on one side and china on other can not survive "Autonomously". It finally shows ONLY MONEY THAT MAKES A MAN DO THING HE DOES .Howcan any businessman set up an industry in an area where there is bandh every other day ? moreover ,most of the money of govt is spent on salaries of troops ,police ,crpf jawans and others .HOW MUCH MONEY HAS BEEN DRAINED IN KEEPING A STATE WITHIN INDIA? .An equal amount spent in india would have fetched much more returns .
This lawlessness is the undoing of kashmir .Separatists know it and usingI do it for their own master's ends .I do not see an end to this problem .

The people in K valley and on remote border do not know about the rest of the India/world. The rest of India should reach them out to show that they are part of us and we care them.

That could be because a few of the soldiers misuse the immunity from prosecution they enjoy under the AFSPA imposed in the state.

There are numerous complaints lodged in police stations across Kashmir (as well as in Manipur and Nagaland) by common people for crimes of whimsical arrests, seckshual harassment, molestation, raxpe, even robbery and murder against some soldiers. It is this that made Irom Sharmila go on a protest fast for so many years.

So, commoners cant be faulted for trying to hit back with whatever they have if there is no redressal for their complaints, some of which have been proven in military court martials.

And the army does a court martial only when they simply cannot avoid it !

Kaomaaaaaaali Piri, If you have guts go to Kashmir and go with army and para military forces to see personally under what condition the army Jawans works day and night to restore peace in Kashmir under adverse condition. The cowards like you just sit in your home and write just useless comments and blame army without any basis. The coward like you has not raised even a single protest against Kashmiri people, militants and separatists who enjoy all the subsidy, facilities, reliefs , special status and still working against the interest of the country.

Peabrain, I talked about those soldiers who have been indulging in crimes against commoners under cover of the AFSPA, not about the whole army.

In any army, especially in armies of countries where human rights is not regarded as very important, there always will be a few soldiers who will use such immunity to indulge their sekshual desires or in other crimes such as robbery upon defenceless commoners.

This fact will come to your little brain if you read a little more widely.

Komaaaaaali Piri, the useless man with useless comments. Don't think you are only intelligent person on this Universe. Leave you opinion with you only. Why don't you say anything about human rights of soldiers, para military personnels, ? Why don't you say anything about violation of human rights in case of thousands of Kashmiri Pandits. It is easy to write long and useless comments sitting comfortable in Kerala. Have you ever gone to Kashmir ? Whatever you read from bias media and opposition parties is not always the fact but misleading information which a useless a, bias and colour blind person like you will never understand.

Peabrain (emphasis added), read about the court martials that have been done by a very reluctant army against those soldiers who violated women and indulged in needless violence and went trigger happy.

Read and become at least a little bit wiser.

Komaaaaaaali Piri, I know the working of arm forces far better than you unlike you who write only on the basis of his bias thinking and as per the reports from bias journalists. Cowards like you should see the working of army from close quarter instead of writing nonsense all the time. Better you check your brain first and till then better keep your mouth shut

Komaaaaaaali Piri, what you know about Court Martians ? Have you ever worked for the army ? Don't think you know nothing about anything and just write nonsense all the time. You just go on reading books only without knowing any realities and the facts. Continue your useless comments. It is only activity you have which you can afford.
