Sarada forest restotation and ecoauditing

I do not wish to address the points mentioned in the article but my very specific suggestion that Mr Gladson Dungdung is doing excellent job for restoration of the ecosystem and minerals at the same time worried about the jobs and upliftment of the community. NDA govt has clear vision about over all development but the political persons and hidden agenda of their parties are the major constrains.Mr Gladson may directly approach the PM and Envon Minister to look into these issues which are very serious and of nation interest for progressive developments and restoration of sustainable ecosystem with full dynamic coverage. Just don't give every issue a political angle and distorting the very purpose. Mr Ramesh has also promised to do a lot and we had expectations but it all remained incomplete and only at discussions stage. Lets come above these and think positively. The sustainable ecosystem and dynamic ecosystem is very important for us and complex that political thinking, agenda and perceptions. Dr D V Amla

I entirely agree with Dr. Amla. Mr. Dungdung also makes sense about denudation of forests and development at the cost of livelihood of Adivasis. It is perhaps possible to reconcile the views and find a via media through discussions. Mr. Dungdung unnecessarily brings in Hindutva on the table. He should eschew such issues which are not

...relentless

Ah Mr. Firdaus again, he is relentless I must say. Amazing how he is doing his bid, no matter how small, but he is at it for sure.

Well Mr. Firdaus ever heard "you cannot make omelette with out breaking few eggs", well surely few a lot of trees were felled to produce cotton that Mr. dungdung is sporting and a poor calf was murdered to hold his pants in place.....So can see some raised eyebrows. Well the point here is that saving the environment is important, but pressure on development due to population growth is enormous, yet no body talks or mentions about it, any comments Mr. Firdaus, probably 5th amongst the 7.....amusing

The question is not of development versus environment. Once the population is allowed to grow to 1.4 billion and growing, there is only one way to save the environment and that is by stopping industrial growth and forcing permanent poverty of everyone.

The real issue is of entitlement, whether the poor tribals have rights as owners or merely a nuisance value as residents without ownership.

Constitution makers deliberately avoided giving ownership right to these people because the intention was not to give them capability to become rich but only to give government the ability to get rid of them easily.

In history no oppressed society ever became progressive without passing through a period of full scale violence. Oppression only ends by full violence. For various reasons that route is not used in India. It is the reason that oppression does not end in India.
