release him but fine 5-10 lacs, this should be the trend for rich culprits, same money can be used in development of jails and court, jails need more facilities and court needs technology and revamp drastically, also the fines also could be used in social causes as well..release the rich and fine them heavily..

Good suggestion. The amount of Rs 5-10 lakhs is too less for spoilt rich. The fine amount should be any thing from 30-50 lakhs. These criminal minded Bollywood stars can afford to pay even more. This fine money can be used for the betterment of the society including help to the families who have suffered due to these brats.

Would Mr.Pradeep Bhalekar take up the fight if the culprits are political strong men of his own community harassing some normal middle class citizen. Especially if the commaon man is a muslim. This will show his true colours.

Satyameva Jayate or Ameer log Jayate
by BHARATH BHUSHAN on Jan 09, 2016 11:54 AM  | Hide replies

This early release really shows how Indian Law is favoring rich and influence persons. We need tighter laws and verdict should be truth full, it should conclude with SATYAME JAYATE, but current scenario seems to be different, verdicts are given in the interest of benefit of doubts and culprits are using loop holes in Indian Law system and able to escape from the punishment.
Apart from Dutt, there would be many prisoners having good behaviors, but it wonders everybody how he is preferred above all.

SANJAY HAS NOT FIRED A SINGLE BULLET, BUT THE 2002 KILLERS AND RAPISTS ARE STILL MOVING ABOUT FREELY, WHERE IS JUSTICE? JUST BECAUSE SANJAY HAS NO POLITICAL GODFATHER.

Sanjay.. n no political godfather? What nonsense.
Do you know his MP father has given up his MP ship in favour of Shiv Sena, crores of Rs. were spent then only his TADA charge was deleted. Entire prosecution was weakened. If actual facts would have come out, who knows he would be punishes like Yakub Menon. Do you know RDX truck was overnight parked in Dutt's bunglow? What say now?
