Sanjay must spend 5x365 days before he is released.Otherwise release 27000 similar convicts. If you show special sympathy to sanjay, you are violating basic human and Democratic rights of Indians.
Can any learned bhakt state which rule has been violated by granting some period of reduction in jail term? Is it a unique case? Has nobody granted the same before? Is it preventing others to get same treatment? What is the issue?
*Constitution & Judiciary need thorough re-writing and come out from the trash conceptual deficiencies. *Persons , who have nothing to contribute , other than a single VOTE, in their life-time, must not be equated at per with the persons with high-degree of national contributing factors & index.
supreme court should take this as special case before release of sanjay dutt that how many under trail are waiting for to be released after completing of their term in jail, and also good manner

yes. you are correct.why and what for this special treatment to sanjay dutt.? Let him complete his alloted term. India is not going to gain any thing by releasing him much before due date. Let us make it sure that other prisoners with good behavior also should be released before sanjay gets released.
