Even though he killed the pedestrian, while what sanjay dutt did was that he kept the gun, BUT MIND YOU... NOT KILLED THE pedestrian Nor the BLACK BUCK... FOR Which he has suffered as his intention are never to use it...
Mr. Bhalekar... once u said this line.. "I feel any person who had dinner with Dawood Ibrahim must not be let off easily." YOU ARE TALKING RELIGION AND CASTE AND you should not talk anything as now you r being in the same category.

The Hindu don is at least caught and put in prison. What about the most wanted Muslim mass murderer?

Dawood Ibrahim is notorious Gangster, that's it! Where does religion come in picture here? Also he is the main culprit for the bomb blast in Mumbai, if you still feel he is worthy enough to have dinner with him, invite him.
This is certainly wrong. It sends a wrong signal and in a way violation of the fundamental principles of the Constitution of India which talks of equality of law for every one.Simply Sanjay Dutt is a celebrity who was a partner in crime with a traitor and enemy of the country,he is being released.Shame on us.We should stop tall talking about ideals. I guess Sanjay Dutt is not in jail for having committed any crime (as explained in media) but for illegal possession of sophisticated arms.. so the decision of government to pardon him based on his conduct in the jail during the period cannot be questioned. The two aspects that cannot be ignored in this particular case is that he was not in jail for having committed any crime (but for illegal possession of sophisticated arms) and the pardon is based on his good conduct... so, when comparing, cases of similar nature must be compared and similar cases can be considered by government, whether the person is VIP or otherwise

Even till Sanju was on trial his behavior was never indecent. The present cry by some is just a politically target the Govt. In fact there are early release of many convicts (the so called non celebrity and no media coverage)for their good behavior. Why the cry now?.
