We Indians have to do a lot of soul-searching and self-introspection. As a nation we are becoming increasingly intolerant and belligerent. We are forgetting the basic philosophy that our ancient civilization has taught the world - "Vasudaika Kutumbhakam" and "Sarvejanaa Sukhino Bhavanthu"...
We are forgetting that we are 'Human Beings' first and everything else comes a distant second.
I think humanity is lost with whatever happened; I think one must evaluate any action before doing this; I can only request that if people have any protest against the thread they can voice it out in a forum as one cannot achieve equality with identification marks like this(thread) but violence should be condemned ; I think they should follow great leaders like Dr B.R. Ambedkar and achieve it through non violence.

in todays democratic society a Brahmin, a Dalit or a Minority cannot live in peace and harmony...that's a shame and it makes me ashamed that we have not progressed enough to find peace and respect for each other to co exist
