There is nothing deeper.Hundreds of people died. And he has been proven guilty by the courts. Justice served. End of story. Please dont delete this comment , as its just an opinion.

He came back, perhaps he thought that an author like this would try his case at all levels.
How long will we go on debating and discussing without being able to convince the other side?. All these arguments, for and against, have been put forth during the various courts from the Trial to the Supreme Court. After considering all aspects and treating as the "rarest of rare cases" the Supreme Court in its wisdom has given a verdict of Death. He has exhausted all avenues of justice as per law.
In no other country does the trial take so many years. After the verdict comes, we have endless debates with all so called "experts" like TV anchors, human right activists, religious leaders, politicians, etc jumping into the fray. Let us respect the Supreme Court verdict, carry out the sentence and close the case. That will be the best tribute to the 257 victims who died and hundreds who were maimed for life.

Rediff's message board moderators are one of the worst. It has happened to everyone. This is why i have stopped commenting here.
As this Bombay blast case was highlighted courts were carried away.On 26th Dec 1988 one congress MLA was murdered by another rival group there was arson murder looting rapes and there was curfew for one month or so.My property was also looted and my staff reported and FIR filed. Afterwards the accused in the case was promoted as Vijayawada city congress president. All the cases were withdrawn by the congress government. Whole nation knows this. The Indian press is so biased it says Yakub is to be hanged but politcians for such crimes should be rewared.Let some body deny my allegation. KJN Prasad
