The matter is loud and clear that he will be respectfully executed by the orders of the supreme authority of law,The Supreme Court of India and no body is allowed to comment on it lest he will be punished under contempt of Court.Simple

Re: YAKOOB ... AND INNOCENT?

Until the crime is proven in courts, they say let the courts decide. Once the court decides, they say mercy petition. Once mercy petition is rejected they say I dont know. And later they will blame the country for punishing minorities.

It looks in India Supreme Court, Parliament, these are not the highest authority of law but it is media. Media now indulge everything & to any extent, so called politicians are far behind media.

Parliament unfortunately houses some of the biggest criminals in India, many of whom pretend to be so-called representatives of the common man of India.

I am surprised why Yakub was kept in jail for all these years at our cost. He should have been hanged long time back...

He was kept in jail so that it will be a fair trial. So he was given a chance to prove his innocence

What do you mean Innocent
by suryakant agrawal on Jul 22, 2015 04:33 PM  | Hide replies

By running these kind of stories, the publishers is saying that entire Indian Judiciary up to Supreme Court level, review of its own decisions by other Judges, the President of India and every one associated with case are incompetent and blind who would have not tested the case on hard evidence. Convict would have thought that either he will not be caught or will get away with the massacre of 254 people, loss of properties, disabling injuries with the help of our secular fraternity and press. Press does not about his misdeed and plight of those who suffered, talk execution of thousands in Pakistan by its Government, and how the minorities there are executed on flimsy grounds such as blasphemy

I fail to understand this line. I am sure many muslims where also killed in these blasts. Isnt this justice served to all Indians?
