I agree, The rediff articles are always biased and anti hindu. But in this specific case, it should be known what were the evidences against Yakoob. If he is guilty, he should be hanged, but if not and if is hanged, then what? Will be this justice?

so, in another words Mr suresh feels ppl involved in rioting have the licence to kill innocent ppl and be called nationalist instead of terrorsit bcoz they have done great job by killing ppl of other communities and destroyed their properties etc. Well, mr suresh.. punishing all criminals and not just one community, for once u put yourself in our place n see how it feels when justice is not done to you. A criminal is a criminal and should not be protected at any cost but what happens.. you check it out urself... for rioting, blasting mosques, demolishing mosques you go scot free bcoz the government etc protects you. anyways this is justice in ur view but wbsolutely wrong in my view... just to all should be the motto....
Why this hype for a Supreme Court condemned, person who was one of the masterminds of Mumbai Bomb blast resulted in killing of innocent people who are yet to know what for they met with such a gruesome and unexpected end.Or are we bent upon to prove Memon larger than LAW?

If the author does not know he should keep mum instead of indulging in writing about an unknown thing and making this opportunity to condemn other community people. He may not know, Kamath may not know, but the Tada Court and the Supreme Court of India judges know well and they have accordingly come to the conclusion; later on, the President of India knows, the SC judges once again knows. What is the problem if you or Kamath does not know?
When we try our fellow human beings for acts against the society, justice may not be served all the time and innocents can get punished, as we are only human and Gods. But, in this case the due process of law was followed, has taken its course and found him guilty. so, why debate the issue again? Justice may not have been served in many other cases too, but imperfect as the system may be,it is the best we have and we can always try to improve it.

Isnt the delhi rape case a different case? How can you compare the 2 cases? Here 250 odd people where killed. This was a crime against the country!!! Not against an individual

Will u justify it if Hindus start killing Muslims in kashmiir because they had distroyed their homes, raped women and threw thm overnight By your logic, even in gujarat, the bigger blame should be on Muslims as they started it in ghodhra

Babari structure was not a masjid. No prayers ever took place there. Its demolition was bad, indeed. But no lives were lost when it was demolished; no bomb blast shook it.
