Article 370 makes it impossible for investors starting any buz. Govt alone cannot do much. If you observe, India has grown more bcz of pvt buz. With A370, it defeats everything and Kashmirs should recognize that first and ask Govt to remove it. Then things will automatically fall in place

Islamic fanatics do not believe in human rights or social justices, they want to govern the world from 17th century laws. Kashmir is one of them, No govt. in past has made Kashmir a secular area.
Separatists are the ulcers, they are tamed by local govt. and govt. at Centre, Modi has shown some courage, but it is not enough, why are they living in Kashmir, they have dragged the Pandits from the valley, they must also be dragged once for all, if we want to keep Kashmir with us.
Our country contains 150 million Muslims, second largest population after Indonesia as told by our president in recent visit to Norway. The revenue received and expenses met of state of Kashmir should be made known to the public to understand the situation. Before ulcer turned into cancer immediate surgery is to be conducted.
Medically Ulcers are excised if at all when they become malignant or pose a threath of haemorrhage.It is a throbbing abscess that is drained .Please check this out .

Kashmiris have always felt that are not Indians. However new history has been written world over. I had the opportunity to interview candidates for jobs for a very large public sector company. Candidates from all parts of India except Northeast and Kashmir come. Rajiv Gandhi in 1989 when PM took an initiative for a special drive to recruit young engineers from Kashmir so that youngsters from Kashmir get integrated with India. Youth of Northeast and Kashmir are alienated. This is hard reality. I had found Kashmiri young engineers to be good and above all they were comparatively better in speaking English than candidates from other parts of India. We selected about six engineers , some joined but somehow they did not stay on with the jobs. Can we do something like what Rajiv Gandhi did once again.
