Re-peeling AFPSA is a mockery in a hostile environment .
by Hareshwar Singh on Oct 14, 2014 12:22 PM  | Hide replies

Such kind of write ups can be possible only in a democratic country like india where humanright organisations and judiciary is not biting bullets of terrorists in Kashmir valley.Indian army is the best army as far as humanitarian aspects and professionalism is concerned.
Where were these organisations sleeping when Kashmeeri Pandits were forced to flee and become repartee in their own nation.
it is the failed leadership of Kashmeer valley which are responsible for mass exodus of Pandits and abetting anchoring of terrorists under illusion of more power and grabbing money.it was never a welfare move.

no doubt kashmiri pandits should return to their homeland. We should revive the back channel talks with pakistan to settle this festering issue if India is to achieve the ambition of become a super power (both econoically and militarily)

How you can delete my response?
Pakistan is not a party for discussion which is pushing terrorists under cover of fire for last more than 15 days?

Without special powers you would see a scandal a day in the area where the minds of young men are poisoned endlessly. Those who passed the ct were saner people not emotively motivated as the author of this piece.

what about Pandits?
by Raj Gopal on Oct 14, 2014 11:40 AM  | Hide replies

The writer has completely ignored the Kashmiri Pandits return to the valley. If AFSPA is revoked then article 370 also needs to be removed. The problem is only in Kashmir with Jammu and Ladakh remaining very peacefull.

We need to look at crisis from all angles and not only from "Kashmir" side.

You have pointed out rightly. Modi's duty now is to Dissolve Omar's Government, Resettle Pundits in to the Valley. And in the meantime repeal the Article 370 with immediate effect.
