Giving Bharat Ratna to Gandhiji now it is something like giving a SSLC certificate for a Doctorate person. It will be more appropriate for anybody else as the value of this award have stooped down to the highest level by politically motivated selection.
Mahatma did not like position or awards. If we confer such awards to him now it will be an insult to him because he is now beyond hights in Indians' mind

Not at all Mr. Sitaram. This man had gone MAD. It was opinined by ONE AND ALL that Mahatma is above all awards and should not be clubbed with others in the same league. Author is aware of this fact, but just barking to be heard by others
Mahatma Gandhi has lot more than the Bharat Ratna. There should be no debate on this precious issue. Bapu has captured our hearts. New born Baby also knows Bapu. What more ?? Enough Bapu is far ahead of this. Hope you will agree.
