Character of a man can change anytime depending on circumstances. The Mumbai police is protected by the SS therefore they do not book cases against locals. I had a bad experience. Police even lied supporting the local. But finally the truth came out.

every community got the rite to defend their man if the person was non maharashtrian he wud find enuf people of his own background to back him india that is a plus point.

Asha, it's too late. The case is filed 6 months later of the incident. Biologically it's impossible to prove.
In India, all the laws are in favour of women. Many women are taking undue advantage of such provisions in law to take advantage. There are many women who are prepared to do anything for money, fame and hooking up someone whom they want. Anything that would have happened till then with the consent of the woman becomes a rape immediately after the relationship is known to a third person or the man refuses to marry the woman or when she is not able to extract more money from the man.
This is also encouraged by the people around her who find it easy to trap a man knowing well that all the provisions of law are in their favour. Whereas the guilty for serious crimes need to be punished without doubt, women who file cases for taking undue advantage of provisions in the Indian law need to be punished. Indian law needs to be modified by including new provisions.
Now, the situation is that all men are villains and all women very chaste and pure.
It is Saamna only which has guts to raise such issue. I think, it is very important that like so called victim, the identity of.the so called accuse also shall be protected till he is pronounced guilty by court of law.

90% rapists, muderers and criminals come from HIndi belt. One YadavMaadharChodh cheated me 1 lac. I told him that his son would die in an accident. Now his son is in hospital battling for life.

Fools only part of with their money in this world. Anyway you have declared yourself a Monkey so you do not have the right to hold 1 Lac Rupees. But you do have a right have a Banana instead which that Yadav has handed to you.

I cursed Yadav that he will meet with a bad accident. In the first accident his car was smashed, but he did not suffer big injuries. In the second accident he suffered severe injuries; now he is recovering. In the third accident he will die, unless he returns my money. Whenever I curse people to die, they usually die if that wish comes from deep inside my heart. 4 persons died like that.
