It is not rape but it is also against moral a public servant is supposed to follow hence action for this should be taken instead of rape

If this cop as innocent as he claims, and has nothing to hide, why then is he refusing to take the polygraph test??? As for being supported by those Sena hooligans, that means nothing...everyone knows their hidebound, medieval, male-chauvinistic, boorish mentality.
Modi and BJP should keep a safe distance from allies like Shivsena who are more liability than an asset for NDA. Shivsena has got the record parliament seats due to Modi wave. they don't deserve any to have any representation in the parliament.Sanjay Raut should stop giving any statements which can create an unwanted controversies unless he is happy in creating the same.
Sena is telling that this cop is a "saint". Generally girls do not accuse unless she has been duped and with a senior police officer, she had to muster courage to come out. Sena is supporting because the officer is a marathu manoos.

We all say coin has two sides where as you strongly argue coin has only one side like how the coin of Amitabh in picture Sholay. Here there is no need to talk about politics and politicians.
Media is making headlines with breaking news for TRP and Times now Arnab Goswami Prime Time makes this as a hot topic and at many times he becomes judge. I feel the laws need to be neutral and this type of cases to be dealt seriously. Media needs to play a responsible role and they don't do anything for the sake of TRP.
