in india, media over-hype these news. thr r too many false rape cases to take revenge or blackmail purpose.. india is ranked around 50th in per capita rape cases.. america and european countries are no. 1 in rapes. still media falsely propaganda and defame india

Why you compare india with foreign country you have a good cultural country. In india we respect women as DEVI,MAA, ETC......ETC... IT'S THE MEN STUPIDNESS THAT THEY CHEAT WITH WOMEN AND USE WOMEN FOR THEIR OWN PURPOSE. SOME MEN ARE USE WOMEN FOR THEIR CARRIER PURPOSE. AND THEY TRAP THE WOMEN ON THEIR FALSE LOVE. oh really? Go check your facts and you will come to know what percentage of cases are genuine.
Many laws favouing Women have been enacted during regime of UPA Govt to please women voters.Although crime against women are increaseing Laws should not be made without sufficient safeguards.Heavy Penalty should be imposed on women making false allegations, whether it is rape or dowry related cases.Many families have been affected due defective laws. The law of the land says the accused is innocent till the charges are proved beyond doubt. I request the MODI Govt to rectify the defective laws made by UPA GOVT.

She would have been willing to go with him and later would have tried to blackmail him. He has not taken her forcibly in which case it would have amounted to rape.
What the Model claimed may be true or not, but why he was so much connected with this model. In news paper reports, it was stated that he has shown some properties to her. That means he is doing real estate business. First he should be investigated for his real estate deals.

Whenever I curse people to die, they usually die if that wish comes from deep inside my heart. 4 persons died like that.

Here you are wrong. You dont read the local news written in other languages therefore you dont know what's going on in other states. English newspapers are mostly in metropolitan cities. The rape cases are everywhere in the country but are more reported in the north because of active politics in the center.

You are partly true. North fellows are usually hooligans. For example North-East people do more x and their relationship more free, but they do not interfere with others or do rapes in general.
