Although the word "fashion" used is not appropriate but it is a fact that women crime should be investigated first and then action must be taken as per law. However media trial must be discouraged as it gives an wrong impression about the safety of women.
The Mumbai Police high business is to get complaints filed by women and book innocent guys . Blackmailing, extortion, enmity etc are all the reasons for most fake complaints. Big Bribes are taken and given by complaint fixers, pimps, criminals, bad elements. Those who offer as complainants are women in distress, those whose husbands are drunkards, unemployed and sick and need money of any kind.
The genuinely victimized lady will suffer as the law meant for shielding her is being misused by another woman for bad purposes along with police and the bad elements in society. Hence brain use is required to weed out the dangerously bad part of the good legislation and its implementation. The good part is that the Honorable Supreme Court Has come up with some code of conduct in handling such complaints that makes police mandatory use their brains in preliminary investigation before lodging of complaints. Preti Zinta matter no automatic arrest is happening without verification. But there are many cases where society secretaries are booked without inquiry and shamed for no reason except enmity and bribery of police particularity khar police.
Kuch to hai... if Shiv Sena is supporting, then NCP / Kangis must be against this officer. Maybe this officer is honest and objecting to crimes of NCP/ Kangis... they can do anything... remember how Kangis and NCP fasaoed Justice Ganguly through that anonymous girl?

it is said every thing is fine between them till now. what is that fine and what is between them till now. when their elected MPs does a forceful breaking of person who was doing roza this type article in their mouth piece is not a surprise.when Mr.Modi is trying to good for the country their partner parties does this type of things BJP shiv sena has to wait for another 5 years to come to power in maharastra
