This entire episode created by us we will bend the rule by bribing the officers if not will use politician to get approval for building even if this is prohibited area.this kind of water flow happend last 1962 (record)that time this much public was not there to stay..so river flow bit more smoothly now all encroaching happend by bribing or forcing river flow happend again whoever was staying (poor pilgrimage)people also lost their life.

It is national tragedy.dont urgue with each other help the victims, if we pay only one rupees per head it will collect 100 crores for reconstuction.
disaster will happen in India. contractors, can bend any rule and politicians can create any rule to be broken. who looses is only innocent public. Harbajan played badminton but never lent his hand to help others
