Wonder why proposal by Mr Kamalnath for setting up fast-track courts to deal with politicians charged with rapes is being rejected by political parties. If the law-makers don't own up to this, then how will they ever expect to be taken seriously about zero tolerance for sexual assaults against women. On the other hand, if this is given due importance , then the respective parties' stand will be acknowledged & the message of zero tolerance will go out loud and clear. Obviously politicians accused with rape crimes are a special case because no other profession requires you to frame laws for the entire country or state.
