Juvenile punishment
by Babli on Dec 02, 2013 07:47 AM  | Hide replies

When someone commits such a crime below 18 years of age it proves the mentality of the culprit. When he will attain the age, what crime he could do, imagine? Juvenile should be punished hard or should be hanged.

#Juvenile rapist verdict
by Gautaman T on Dec 01, 2013 08:04 PM

If a juvenile steals or breaks something, it can be treated as per applicable law. But when he does something as heinous as this, it cannot be considered a thoughtless or non deliberate act. What will happen if he is let out after 3 years and does something on a worse scale when he is a legal adult? Would regrets and protests at that point help?

by ROBIN SINGH on Oct 25, 2013 02:26 PM

we are still following the same old laws with some minor changes. but as Ambethkar said every 5 yrs laws should be changed still any govt. coming to rule is doing it. bocz those ppl wants to use the loopholes in the law. For this girl no one should be leftout in jail simply eat our tax money. they should be punished without any consideration.

This is a rotten justice system
by melvin philip on Sep 12, 2013 10:03 PM

i don't care what the so called "Juvenile Justice System" is, or how a judge (or our justice system as a whole) with an iota of wisdom in him can play so safe by going by the rule book. He soever has done so has blood on his hands too..to have left that beast of a person let loose after 3 years.
Any one who can brutalize, rape and murder has an inborn sadistic personality in him that will never ever go and this will reappear in him time and again and this person is likely to do the same crime again and again and he never can be reformed.

I don't care if he is 3 years old, if he can rape and murder, then he should be hanged and anyone who thinks otherwise has blood on their hands too.

Make him blind
by Parag Mulay on Sep 11, 2013 12:29 PM  | Hide replies

I am planning to kidnap him, make him blind using acid and then cut his both arms. Firstly he will not be able to rape anyone when blinded and without hands. Secondly, he will suffer throughout his life.
