In this age he has done such brutal act hence thing after attaining majority how is dangerous for the society.So he should be put to jail for ever till he has life.
This family needs support. The juvenile needs punishment. That is not just the one solution. Let Rediff publish 'how to help them'. Set up a trust and counseling service in her name and give the brother all the support needed to be stronger. Enable him so he can reach out to heal himself and others

Juvenile should be treated considering all aspects of the crime. In this case it was the juvenile who lured the girl and her colleague into the bus and then tortured the girl by inserting an iron rod into her body.Considering the gravity of the crime this juvenile is not a juvenile at all and should be hanged first.
It is sad that the so - called juvenile has been let off with a three year holiday in a probation home. He will eat free mealds, sleep well and enjoy TV while Nirbhaya's family will keep remembering their brave daughter. Citizens will have to take to the streets once again if the Congress govt does not relent on this. This demon must be tried as an adult rapist and hanged.
Two things are always true for India. (1) Anything which is possible to happen, CAN happen in India. (2) Anything that doesn't happen in other civilized countries, DOES happen in India.

Babli, actually the main criminal was DELHI POLISH who is famous for his negligence for his duty....suppose if Delhi Polish had done their job perfectly then this incident would not be happened..if Delhi Polish had removed tinted cover from bus glass then this incident would have stopped this is first point....second is when that girl thrown out of bus without cloth then dont u think all laidies should had tome ahead and they must had to bring that girl to hospita if they did so probably we could not only save her life but also we could save 4 more life who got death penalty for this crime...so moral of the story is that in Indian people dont believe to minimize risk they believe in more human loses thats why we lost all 5 (accused Victim)...if Delhi polish or mob had done there job then we would have save 5 lives....
Hope in future it wont be happened public should have to put they ahead to someone life rather keep watching when polish will come and do....
