right candidates

In our system candidates are elected on public emotion and not on qualification and emotion. The same candidate uses emotion in his work. But work is run by rules and not emotion. So the same candidate has to perform two reverse tasks i.e.personal emotions and office emotion(Office rules). This disparity has lead to chaotic governance at many places here. So, at top posts we need honest, qualified,Professionally competent persons other wise his colleague will fool him.

Govt. always save govt. servants therefore new clause is added that bribe giver will also be harshly punished. Similarly what to do with govt. servants having assets disproportionate to their income. This is all bribe money.

good idea

Now we can have both MMS & Sonia behind bars former as a bribe giver & later as a bribe taker. As per origin of the word bribe it is not cash or kind only it is the term used for defining favors given or taken fo any purposes with ulterior motives directly/indirectly related to the task in question.

Common Man pays RANSOM, not BRIBE
by iota on Apr 18, 2013 10:04 AM  | Hide replies

Therefore Bribe Giver CANNOT and SHOULD not be punished.

This is a clever move by Cr.00k.s to save the Bribe DEMANDERS, by equating the Ransome Payer with a Criminal

Let there be a bribe charter displayed in all Govt. offices and that should be legalized. This will save the botheration of honest citizens as they can always plead to its adherance. As for the others, there is always a loophole as coolies at the railway stations blackmail travelers despite rate charts displayed in every nook and corner.

Excellent idea, most practical. But apprehension is - would that turn out like the railway porters?
