Congress is a corrupt and cunning party which uses his power in toppling opposition govt by using constitution body.For example- Umabharti had to resign from CM of MP just for hoisting National flag in karnatka and a FIR was lodged against her for violating 144.Secondly,congress used lokayukta of karnatka and toppled yeddi govt just for a piece of few decimal land.If you go through the cunningness of Congress,you will find that modi is the real answer to this cunning Congres.

As per this bill, It is Collegium which is appointing the Lokayukta. which includes the CM, the Opposition leader and Chief Justice. By this way the independence of Lokayukta is assured.
Governor of a state is nothing but an agent of central goverment. Why centeral goverment is appointing Governaor? How one can belive that the governor will appoint correct person where as governor is being appointed by other political party. So what had done by Modi is correct. In indian system no bosy has a right to object. If any body want to object first must appoint independent governor first.

He thought that Sonia is out of country and no body will counter his action... but he forget that even if soniaji is out of country she is constantly in touch with her loyal soldiers of congress party. The moment she comes back, this will be scrapped adn full power will be given to governor about lokayatu. and ensure that modi is inside jail under POTAS

Who is supposed to appoint CBI director? Has BJP or anyother party opposed to the process of appointment before P J Thomas issue?
It is only during P J Thomas, Shushama wrote a descenting note. As per the new method proposed by govt. which will have Prime Minister, leader of Opposition and Chief Justice of India among others.
If you want to say that Modi has done as per the existing rules, then how is he a better administrator? He should have done things that are more credible!!!
