you missed the way Press council of India head was appointed to support congress all along the day.
ONGRESS is using CBI as tool against Mulayam, Mayawati, Karuna nidhi & Lalu to force them to support government. Congress wanted to use Lokayukta to harrase Modi, so Modi did this. Uske Bolte hai Nehle Pe Dehla.

Every now and then we heard corruption of politicians from these stats. Why? Because we have RTI act, which is given by Congress, by which we can get the information of these politicians. Now in Gujarat, RTI activists are denied information, many are murdered. Check the stats, how many RTI activitst are murgered in gujarat. You will realize.

As per this bill, It is Collegium which is appointing the Lokayukta. which includes the CM, the Opposition leader and Chief Justice. By this way the independence of Lokayukta is assured. So your argument is completely false.

If Anna Hazare and Kejriwal have guts,they must protest against Modi, with the same entusiasm as they did agaist centre. I am sure they will not do it because they are BJP supporters. They did not raise their voice against BSY?BJP in Karnatak where corruption rules. They have one rule for themselves and a different rule gor others.

Why should Anna Hazare and Kejriwal protest against Modi? Have you read this bill ? Can you please point a single anti people or pro corruption clause in the Bill ?
BJP took action against BSY even though BSY was a powerful leader. Can Congress take action against Sheila Dikshit or Bhandari or Ghelot ?

BJP have taken the action against BSY due to their Internal Power Fighting in Centre, not for policy decisions.
