Don't forget the petrol prices went up from Rs. 33.7 per lt in 2004 to Rs. 50 per lt in 2009 and during this time, your party was supporting UPA. The producers or the farmers have never been the beneficiary. And Cong has always been one major reason for price rise. It is also evident that irrespective who their ally is, price rise and Cong were always together. Between 2004 & 2009, the price rise of essential commodities were phenomenal. A national disaster cannot be kept away for long. It was to happen irrespective of who would have ruled WB. The treasury of WB is empty and the outstanding loan is humongous.
