1) Boycott all trade / relations with Pak. 2) Stop that train - what does it do anyway? 3) Focus on strengthening our military 4) Focus on Afghanistan in a big way 5) Stop all migration from Bangladesh 6) Push for birth control 7) Make our borders water tight 8) Send Afzal & Kasab to a better place, what about the Indian ocean? 9) Strike a deal with US to stop / reduce funding to Pakistan 1) Set up a peace treaty with China.

Add one more to the list: No fancy Navy Seal type attack which we are not capable of but an old fashioned infiltration and assassination type affair targeting Dawood, Hafez Sayed, Kashmiri etc.

In the process of killing Osama, Obama has embarrassed China which is under a delusion that Asia including Pak is its monopoly and USA which it thinks is economically weaker than China, will not dare to touch its ally without its permission.
